Terms and Conditions RAJA Travel Agent
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between RAJA Travel Agent (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its clients/participants in the booking, arrangement, and provision of excursions, tours packages, and holidays. By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Booking and Confirmation:
◦ Bookings can be made through the Company's website, official communication channels,
or authorized agents.
◦ The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any booking.
◦ Upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, a confirmation will be issued,
detailing the booked services.
2. Payment:
◦ A deposit is required to secure a booking unless otherwise specified.
◦ Payments are accepted in the currency specified by the Company, and any applicable
fees are the responsibility of the client.
◦ Online Payments: Payment can be conveniently made online using major credit or debit
cards.
◦ Cash Payment Options: For those who prefer cash transactions, we accept payment in
USD, GBP, and EUR currencies.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
1. Cancellation Procedure:
◦ All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Raja Travel Agency via email
at info@rajatravelsharm.com or through our official communication channels.
2. Refund Eligibility:
◦ Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the booking agreement and
may vary based on factors such as the type of service notice period, and third-party
supplier policies.
3. Cancellation Fees:
◦ Raja Travel Agency reserves the right to apply cancellation fees, which may vary
depending on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the booked services.
4. No-Show or Late Cancellation:
◦ No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the
scheduled departure time. This includes tours, excursions, accommodations, airport
transfers and other services.
5. Unused Portions of Services:
◦ Refunds will not be issued for any unused portions of travel services once the trip
has commenced.
4. Amendments and Modifications:
• Requests for amendments or modifications to bookings must be submitted in writing to
the
Company.
Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charge
5. Participation Requirements:
• Participants must meet any health, fitness, or other requirements specified for
specific excursions or activities.
The Company reserves the right to exclude participants who do not meet these
requirements.
6. Travel Insurance:
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
7. Itinerary changes:
• The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, routes, or accommodation due to
unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
• Alternative agreements will be made to ensure the best possible experience for
clients.
8. Liability:
• The Company acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels,
transportation, etc.). It assumes no
Liability for injurie s, loss, damage, accidents, delays, or inconveniences caused by
third-party service providers.
• The Company is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the excursion
or tour.
9. Force Majeure:
The company is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations
due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural
disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Governing Law:
